RETURNS

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, wheather you are entitled to a refund or a replacement.

SHIPPING

1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
2. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

NO REFUNDS

Online purchases are eligible for online store credit or an exchange.
- Any queries related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team within 24 hrs. of the product received by the customer.
- Product can be returned within 7- days from the date of delivery incase of wrong products.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded incase of online payment.
Cancellation charge Rs. 100 will be charged after the order is completed / shipped.

MODE OF REFUND

For both cancelled orders and returned products (due to defective product delivered), the refund amount will be credited into the same account (online banking credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
